As items are made to order, turnaround will depend on items and quantities requested.
Items can be collected, posted (buyer pays postage costs), or delivered within Alexandria area for a delivery charge.
Personalised items require full payment upfront, non personalised require a 50% deposit.
Please note: Decorated glassware is handwash only. Clothing should be washed inside out and ironed on reverse.
