Qualified in: Spectrum Therapy Emotional Release Technique which was developed in 2006 by Mick Stott. As an ex soldier surrounded by friends suffering from the effects of PTSD he was deeply saddened by the suffering and trauma that they faced on a daily basis. Using the premise that a single event or experience can negatively alter a person's mindset and emotional response pattern in an instant, he believed that a set of specific messages could be used to reverse the effects of mental trauma. After years of research and testing ST was born with phenomenal results. Combining deep relaxation, positive messaging, the energy frequency of colour and the art of anchoring ST now proudly helps hundreds of people restore emotional balance from life long memories, traumas and mental illness.
