This family run business, headed by Sue and Keith Lockwood, has been established for over 10 years and is extremely popular as a quality local gym. Open 7 days a week, Wharfside Workout differs from many other local fitness centres as there is no joining fee and you are not tied into a 12 month contract.

The gym is equipped with a wide range of up-to-date Life Fitness cardiovascular machines including Treadmills, Steppers, Cross Trainers both Up-Right and Recumbent Bikes and Concept II Rowers; with all CV equipment on an amazing mezzanine level looking over the resistance equipment.

Both Male and Female changing rooms comprise showers and saunas (the use of which is available at no extra cost).

Various membership deals are available from as little as £18 per month or you can pay per session at £4.50.
