It has the added bonus of private outside space and has maintained many of its original features with open beams and stripped doors with stunning views of the Abbey. Situated in a quiet little street off Baxtergate makes it perfectly located for easy access to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. The property is accessed by steps so not ideally suited to people with mobility problems. The entrance opens into a small hall with access to the living room and the bathroom. The living room comfortably accommodates 4 people and has a gas log effect fire, TV, DVD, games console and dining table. the kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven and an integrated fridge and microwave. The stairs from the living room lead to the two bedrooms and double and a twin, both consisting of storage space (draws and wardrobe) and electric blankets on al beds. The bathroom has a hip bath with shower handset, sink and WC. Outside there is an enclosed patio area that is a great sheltered sun trap.The property benefits from gas central heating, making it a great place to come and stay all year round.
