CrossFit is a well-known worldwide strength and conditioning Program designed by Coach Greg Glassman. We define CrossFit as “Constantly varied high intensity functional movements. This strength and conditioning program helps build many forms of fitness such as Stamina, Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. CrossFit also incorporates Sports based workouts alongside your generic weightlifting and gymnastics with knowledge in metabolic training and nutrition.
