West Mill Forestry, Oxfordshire

West Mill Forestry are a family run business, established in the November of 1997, by Guy and Wendy Newton. It started out with the name Acer Tree Care and a small, but hard-working team - the two of them and a couple of employees. In 2007, the company name was changed to West Mill Forestry. By this time, the business had expanded, with a larger, more fixed team.

Now, in 2015, the company has a strong team of eight. Guy, his two sons Joseph and Calum, and two more committed individuals - Lucasz Walkusz and Henry Tilley - respond to jobs, big and small, across the country. Wendy, along with their only daughter Nicole, are based in Wales, where the family bought a house in 2006. They handle the administrative side of the business, responding to emails, running the website and handling the finances etc.

The aim at West Mill Forestry is to carry out all of the services they offer as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Their main priority is customer satisfaction; they aim to not only work for their clients, but -with- them, to get to know them and their ideas. This enables them to produce an outcome that everyone can be happy with. The friendly and helpful team strive to maintain a happy and clear cut relationship with their customers; both parties know when and what is happening and it will always be carried out to it’s greatest potential, with the least of fuss.
