Welsh Blue Pennant is a natural sandstone with various colours, shades and textures as well as other imperfections, which all adds to its natural beauty. Simular stones were used to construct StoneHenge some 3,500 years B.C.
This decorative stone is quarried at Pennant Quarry, Llanelli, the Heart & Soul of Wales, in the United Kingdom.

Sought after throughout the World, It’s uses include: building new dwellings, cladding interiors, fireplaces, garden walls, bridges, rockeries, paths and many other landscaping features.

Welsh Stones are available as dressed, random, rockery, paving, cladding and the highly decorative Blue Pennant crushed stones together with our unique Flake and Welsh Gems.

Blue Pennant at Pennant Quarry has been tested and the PSV is 71 (Polished Stone Value) stone for road construction, ready mixed concrete products, coated materials.
