Our facility provides a relaxed and comfortable environment, in which ladies of all ages can exercise to improve their health and well-being. Regardless of your age, fitness levels, physical ability or personal goals, we are able to help you.

We understand that many women find it very difficult to make time for themselves and to set aside time for exercise. If this describes you, don't despair! We are able to provide 'express' exercise programmes tailored to your personal needs and goals.

All of our resistance and cardio equipment is easy to use and with a fully qualified instructor on the floor at all times, assistance and support is always on hand when you need it.

Our large class studio means we are able to offer group exercise classes, and once again we have ensured that we have classes to suit all ages and abilities.
