What are the benefits of Reiki in humans?
The most immediate and greatest overall health benefit of Reiki is that it promotes a sense of deep relaxation by assisting the body to release stress and tension.

During a treatment the Reiki energy stimulates the body’s energy systems helping to release tension as well as ‘blockages’ that may be obstructing your energetic flow, causing imbalances such as a physical illness, pain or other health issues.


Most people experience a feeling of deep relaxation and a sense of peacefulness immediately after a Reiki treatment which can last up to several days.

Highly-strung or stressed horses can benefit greatly from the soothing, calming effects of Reiki by helping them to relax and gain a sense of peace, making it particularly useful for horses who experience fear, aggression or anxiety. Because of its gentle nature Reiki can be highly beneficial for horses who have suffered abuse or emotional trauma by helping the horse to heal emotionally and spiritually.

for the horse, but for it’s human companions as well.
