Please find information relating to your order, hopefully we will answer your questions as best as we can!

Once the deposit has cleared we will start to process your order. All of our furniture is hand crafted at our family owned factory. When we say hand crafted, we mean hand crafted. No machines are used in the carving process and we use very small teams of skilled craftsmen for each product, each one is skilled in making one or two particular parts. Due to this fact, our furniture does take a long time to produce - but the end product assures quality and a unique hand made piece specifically for you.

We will provide you with realistic lead times - to the best of our knowledge at the time that the order has been placed. Under very rare circumstances these may change, but we will strive to keep you informed.

Any deposits paid are non-refundable after the 14 day cooling off period.

If you should wish to change your order at all that is no problem; although this may affect your original lead time.

Once your item(s) are in stock and ready for delivery we will arrange for the remaining balances to be paid, along with the delivery charge. Payment must be made within 7 days. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery from payment date. The delivery timescale is usually sooner than stated depending on your location. Should you wish to collect your item(s) that is no problem - just let us know in advance so that we can provide you with a collection address and a representative will meet you there.

Should we not receive payment -or any contact regarding payment - within 7 days your order will be resold. Your deposit will be non-refundable in this case.

In the very rare case that you are not happy with your product we operate a 14 day Returns Policy. You will need to inform us of the issue within 14 days from receipt of the item, and return within 14 days from notification. Any postage costs related to sending the item(s) back are covered by the customer, unless manufacturer defect. If the return is relating to a manufacturer defect please email details to info@welbrookinteriors.com. Once the returned item has been received into our warehouse we will process your refund within 14 working days. Where possible, we will offer an exchange for a faulty product if the Customer would prefer.*

Any quotes via personal message will be valid for 30 days. After this period prices may be subject to change. Prices quoted on the comments of older posts may no longer be valid, please contact us directly for an up to date quote.
