Wee Acorns Nursery

Wee Acorns is a small, purpose built nursery in Dunblane. We are registered to care for up to 24 children between the ages of 0 and 5. We have one playroom where we accommodate the whole age range, providing opportunities for children to learn from and with children of different ages. We feel that this promotes a warm, welcoming, family like atmosphere where children can comfortably and confidently explore, play and learn.

Our service provision reflects both Pre-Birth to Three and Curriculum for Excellence, as well as Building the Ambition and Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC).

Valuable play opportunities lie at the heart of learning in the Early Years. These opportunities embrace learning through play within fun, stimulating opportunities which are open to all children and are tailored to provide appropriate levels of challenge and enjoyment while supporting learning through a number of areas holistically.
