Newly decorated, one double bedroom with new bed plus bed settee in the lounge area, Toilet and shower room. The kitchen area has full sized oven and fridge, bought new for the 2015 season. Fully equipped to enable an enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of the Norfolk Coast.

Private access to a quiet beach and approx 10 - 15 minute stroll along either beach, or coastal path to Sea Palling.
This popular seaside village has local amenities including village shop, pub which has a varied food menu, cafe and amusements.

Within driving distance of the Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and many places of interest.
