Hi my name is Helen and I own, run and produce a cake shop specialising in homemade cakes and cupcakes and celebration cakes.
My staff and myself sell a huge range of homemade, traditional, delicious slices; fudge,coffee,lemon,carrot,bakewell,toffee apple bakewell, banana & caramel, rocky road, mars slice and huge meringues as well as Parisian Macarroons
We also sell Sugar free fruit cake and range of gluten free.
Positioned at the top of one way into Cromer, top of Hamilton road ( Green Canopy), next door to Ace cabs.
I have a BTEC HND in hotel, catering and institutional management achieved in 1986 from Dorset Institute of Higher Education. I spent 4 years in commercial industry and another 12 in business with my parents running ( old) Rocket House Cafe in Cromer before branching out in 2005 into my cake business.
I am a registered business.
