Waterstones St Margaret's Street Canterbury is not your average Waterstones. Entrepreneur Tim Waterstone opened the shop himself in 1990 and renowned manager Martin Latham has been at the helm ever since.
You will find us down beautiful, cobbled St Margaret’s Street in the heart of the city. It is a wonderful old building boasting three floors lined with over 90,000 books. Pop in for passionate and informed booksellers, thoughtful recommendations, regular events, two Stephenson Brothers rocking horses, the excellent café Brownlee and Ivy, and of course, the Roman bath house floor!
