Waterside Escapes is a delightful holiday home set within a converted corn mill with unspoilt views onto the River Witham in Lincolnshire.



The property within Sinclairs Mill is comfortably furnished, offering a sitting room with two reclining sofas, a tv and a DVD player for your entertainment. Double doors open out on to an enclosed decked area where you can sit and take in the wonderful view or relax in the private hot tub. There is a fully functional kitchen including a fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave and a dishwasher for your convenience. The bathroom has an extra large size shower, sink and toilet. Two comfortable bedrooms offer sleeping facilities for 4 people. The smaller of the two bedrooms has twin beds, whilst the main bedroom has a Kingsize bed with a beautiful outlook on to the river.
