Property can be used for functions, large family gatherings and get together's.

Guest access

Access to the pool for one hour per day of your stay at an agreed time by the owner (currently 9am-10am). Further pool bookings can be made at half the usual price for guests. Exclusive use of the large private hot tub, and shared use of the tennis courts.

Interaction with guests

The owner and staff are onsite during office hours and work from the office located on the grounds.

The neighbourhood

Sankence is located near to Aylsham and within easy reach of the stunning North Norfolk Coast such as Cromer, Sheringham, Blakeney, Holt etc. Also within a 20 minute drive is the historical city of Norwich with an abundance of culture, unique shops and quality restaurants and bars.

Getting around

We are located on the Marriott's Way walk which is dubbed the green corridor through the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Buses are available from the top of the driveway. We are within two miles from the nearest town of Aylsham which has a range of shops, supermarket, pubs and restaurants.

Other things to note

Just to note, Warren estate is a working farm with offices, holiday lets, stable and livery yard. Warren House is has a self contained cottage joined to the house which is ideal for larger parties. However, the house can be booked alone and we just ask guests are respectful towards other guests staying in the Coach House.
