The accommodation is set on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with HD flatscreen TV and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath. Lounge/Diner: open-plan with flatscreen 42” smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD and Wi-Fi. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Outside: decking area with BBQ and rattan garden furniture and hundreds of acres of woodland area to explore. Parking: Ample parking available close to the property. Amenities: Bed linen, towels (please bring your own pool towels), electric, heating and Wi-Fi included. Strictly no smoking. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Location: pubs, restaurants and shops 2 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter

Public footpaths and cycle trails go to the nearby towns of Cawston and the market town of Aylsham, less than 2 miles, with shops, pubs and restaurants. Catch the Bure Valley Steam train to Wroxham and hire a boat to navigate the Broads, a haven for wildlife or simply relax and unwind in stunning surroundings. The pretty town of Holt with traditional shops, is a 20 minute drive. Within easy reach is the city of Norwich with restaurants, bars, a Norman castle, market and 2 cathedrals. The North Norfolk coast can be reached within half an hour, Cromer with wide sandy beaches, cliff-top walks and famous for its fresh caught seafood. Sea Palling has a Blue Flag golden sandy beach. Leisure facilities: shared full length indoor heated swimming pool with showers and changing rooms; exclusive use at certain times of day, 7 free hours per week or 1 session a day, by prior arrangement with the owners.
