It's very important to us that our ingredients are freshly prepared and sourced locally wherever possibly so you can be sure that we've taken the time to carefully choose our suppliers who take quality and sustainability as seriously as we do. We believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you will find a breakfast to suit all palettes from the traditional fully loaded cooked English breakfast to a simple continental for the health conscious.
