Wabi-Sabi is Japanese for slowing down, shifting the balance from doing too much and not taking care of our health, to becoming more mindful about our body, mind and soul . Hi my name is Emma, the wild child behind Wabi-Sabi Holistic Therapy. All my life I have tried to live a natural lifestyle and then when my children where born I started to look into holistic healing and living a holistic lifestyle more seriously. Cutting a very long story short, 19 years latter I finished training as a Holistic Therapist, Holistic Heath Coach and opened the doors of Wabi-Sabi Holistic Therapy.

Wabi-Sabi Holistic Therapy is based in Par, on an old industrial site, in an old wooden building I like to call the wooden shack. But beyond the front door is a hidden paradise of aromatherapy scents and healing.

I offer a range of different massage techniques and health coaching programs to help heal a wide range of health problems you may be going through. These can be any thing from; Digestive disorders and constipation, Menstrual and menopausal problems, Infertility (men and women), Stress, Fatigue & Anxiety, Sleep disorders, Headaches & Migraines, Back pain, Arthritis, Muscle pain, Fibromyalgia, Respiratory congestion and so much more.

If you are looking for a relaxing home from home space, where all your time is spent solely on your healing from the moment you arrive, with each therapy session designed just for you and your needs. Wabi-Sabi Holistic Therapy is for you.

Before any therapy treatment I go through a consultation and healing plan with you, this is FREE of charge and enables me to get to know you and your needs, I only charge you for the therapy you receive. After you have experienced your personalised therapy session, I then discuss with you some things you may be able to do at home to help enable your healing in-between sessions.
