All therapists are trained to Vspa Standards, Vspa Spa Rituals and Highly trained in Customer Service. The spa is operated by 2 directors, A head office where we have on site and off site HR, Accounts and Admin Marketing team. We also have an external IT Company who takes care of all our IT. An external Legal Team for all our legal requirements and finally our Spa Team who manage the day to day basis of our Day Spa.
