I studied Furniture Restoration, Conservation & Structural Restoration and also Design & Make at Rycotewood College (now affiliated with Oxford University) in Oxfordshire, England.
Rycotewood College has an international reputation as a centre of excellence.
Once qualified, I worked as a Furniture Restorer for several years in Holland, gaining experience in the restoration of Continental furniture.
I am now based in Guernsey (Channel Islands) and I established Vitae Restoration in 2000. I have over 25yrs experience as a Furniture Restorer.
With a complex knowledge of antique furniture and a wealth of experience in the field of restoration and associated disciplines, I run my workshop with great enthusiasm and pride. I am a qualified and highly skilled craftsman.
Individual items are sympathetically restored using the highest standards of skill, ensuring that antique furniture is protected and nurtured for our future heritage.
Whether you are a private collector, dealer or you manage a historic building, the service Vitae Restoration provides is both personal and professional.
I am a member of the Friends of BAFRA The British Antique Furniture Restorers’ Association Limited
