True Colours Psychology

True colours psychology is Private Psychological therapy services offering help for a range of emotional and psychological health concerns and conditions. It is run by a developmental psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist Victoria Allan. Victoria draws her knowledge mainly from Developmental and Positive Psychology, CBT, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Main areas of expertise: Low confidence and self-esteem, making decisions and dealing with difficult situations; managing stress, anxiety and depression, dealing with intense emotional states and worries; eating disorders, discovering and maintaining meaning and building strong quality connections with people to enhance the quality of life.
Every session is a compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to receive guided professional psychological support and coaching, tailored uniquely to you and your needs.
Working with adults, young people and children 6y.o. onward; families, parents and educators; doing training and workshops at schools and local communities; individual and group sessions; Skype consultations are also available.
