VisionRecruit is a new and expanding IT recruitment consultancy that works across the European market on both a permanent and temporary basis at all levels.

Our aim is to provide an open and honest recruitment service to the IT Industry. Our goal is to change the perception and face of recruitment whilst maintaining a high level of service to both candidates and clients. We are by no way the largest IT recruiter, nor do we claim to be the most innovative. What we do offer is a level of personal service and flexibility that you would struggle to find elsewhere.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer effective and reliable recruitment solutions. This is achieved by establishing a full understanding of our clients business, technical needs and culture and then matching this with qualified candidates who have been pre-screened by our experienced recruiters. Our approach is non-invasive and professional and we are confident that we can fill even the toughest of positions.
