The more I progress on my path, the more conscious and aware I become of the world around me, more I feel like spreading the good news of a better way of living, a healthy life, connected with Nature, others and our true selves.
My call is to connect with people,to help them to shine their light and become who they truly are.
I love Nature and I appreciate everything that Mother Earth gives to us. I am engaging with people through Yoga, workshops or just talking... and slowly bringing a bit of light to the dark corners of their mind. I am very interested in Holistic Therapies and I am also a Holistic Practitioner (Massage, Reiki, Holistic Nutrition, Holistic Herbalism, Holistic Aromatherapy), and my passion is Yoga, which for me is one of the best ways to connect with other people.
I make natural body care products and I also sell Neal's Yard Remedies as a small contribution to our planet, reminding people of how we impact our planet depending on what we choose to buy.
