How to buy:

1. Comment something like "I want this please" or "Saya mahu <3" on the item photo you like (booking)

2. Bank in to our account within 48 hours from the time of booking

3. Attach proof of transaction via Facebook inbox or include our email myvictoriadock@gmail.com when making payment. Tell us the recipient name and address via inbox

4. We typically ship on a Thursday UK time - this might change from week to week depending

5. Enjoy the clothes for the little ones! ;)

Disclaimers:

Payment method - We accept Maybank transfers and Paypal. All transactions done in MYR (RM). Paypal charges will be borne by the customer.

Merchandise will not be shipped before receiving funds and shipping details from customers. Should the customer exceeds the 48 hour hold, the item will be released to the next interested customer.

Shipping Method: Royal Mail, waiting time approx 14 working days from date of shipping. Victoria Dock will not be responsible for the unlikelihood of Customs charges, nor be responsible for the parcel once it leaves our premises, but we will take care of the merchandise so it arrives in pristine condition.

Free shipping to Malaysia only applicable for regular mail - signed for mail can be requested at a separate charge.
