I worked as a missionary in Cambodia for two years after my wife and I had decided to pack in the day jobs and "give something back". What followed was a remarkable time in our lives as our eyes were opened to the poverty and beauty that lay within Cambodia.
One of the organisations that I worked for provided work for women, and men, who were wanting to leave the sex industry(there are estimated to be at least 20,000 prostitutes in Phnom Penh alone).
When we returned I went back to the day job but had a longing to still help,in whatever way, those in need in Cambodia...of which there are many!!
I have set up this business which now employs 5 former sex workers designing and making these bags.
