At Vibe Dance we offer dance tuition to both children and adults. All classes are taught by experienced and qualified dance teachers
with many years of professional dance and performance experience in a wide variety of dance styles.
Here at Vibe Dance Studios we are passionate about fun and personal satisfaction that dancing brings. We believe our years of experience with the dance profession and our love for dance helps us to assist and inspire others to enjoy and achieve their dancing potential.

Our aim has been to Make dance/fitness & learning fun! to encourage both children and adults to keep active!

Vibe Dance Studios Classes:

TUESDAYS

Pre-school Disco Duck class is from age 18 months to 4 yrs.
10AM-11AM

Classes are £3.50 per child with a discounted rate for siblings of £3 per child.
Siblings under 18 months are welcome to attend completely free of charge but will require supervision by their accompanying parent at all times.


WEDNESDAYS

Childrens STREET DANCE Classes- ages 4yrs-16yrs

Boogaloo crew (4-7 years) 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Groovers crew (8-11years) 5.00pm - 5.45pm
Urban crew (12-16 years) 5.45pm-6.30pm

Street class are £3.50 per child with a discounted rate for siblings of £3 per child.


Adult Dance/Fitness Classes

Zumba 7.30pm -8.30pm

Class £4

Please note all Adult classes still carry on through half terms and summer holidays.

ABOUT DISCO DUCK AT VIBE.

Pre-school Disco Duck class is from age 18 months to 4 yrs.
Disco Duck Class!
A funky 30-minute themed dance session specifically designed for young people to encourage movement, learning, confidence and fun!
Disco Duck is a dance class that appeals to both boys and girls. Parents, grandparents and carers can also join in and enjoy the fun experience with their children.
Classes promise to be fun for your little ones with funky music they can bop along to during exciting themed sessions.
The children will use instruments to help develop rhythm and timing and props that give them the opportunity to get into character and develop their wonderful imaginations to express themselves through movement and music.
Sessions finishing with fun learning games, a disco duck goodbye
song and reward stickers!

Children learn better when they are having FUN!

Class will be followed by free dance/ play for the children so they have an opportunity to play with the instruments and props or they may enjoy colouring a disco duck picture and playing
with a selection of toys.
Refreshments will be available for both adults and children giving everyone a chance to socialize, meet new friends and have a little time out with your little one!

At Vibe Dance Studios - We believe it is beneficial in so many ways to get children involved in dance/movement from a young age, Encouraging them to develop the natural rhythm they posses, developing their rhythm, co-ordination and confidence in a really fun way! with endless health benefits dance brings.
Seeing the children express themselves and come alive to the music is just wonderful!

ABOUT STREET DANCE AT VIBE.
Really Fun and Energetic Classes!

Learn STREET -These classes will include dance training in many different street dance styles. Our choreography is influenced by other dance styles and genres such as freestyle, commercial, lyrical, modern jazz, latin and more, giving your child an all round knowledge of many street dance styles.
As well as training the students in the many street styles we also encourage the students as much as possible to be involved in the choreography. We believe this assists in developing self- expression through dance. If the students have an idea for a new step we will try it out, anything goes, if it looks and feels good we will use it.
Students at Vibe will be encouraged to develop natural abilities and are encouraged to develop at their own pace, our aim is to bring out the best in your childs dance ability.
Whether they are attending for fun or want to persue a career in dance we as teachers at Vibe Dance, treat every student equally, offering training and performance opportunities of all levels and abilities.

Performance
At Vibe the students have the opportunity to work towards Vibe Dance performances at various local events and end of term performances to show parents what they have learnt. We are also hoping to shoot regular photos and dance & music videos in a studio and out on location as often as possible with our own media crew. This gives the students the experience of being and seeing themselves and their classmates in a music video! These videos/photos will be used for promotional purposes and also for the students and parents to purchase as keepsakes.
We teach performance Skills and encourage team work in all of our childrens classes as we believe it helps build confidence in the student!





ABOUT ZUMBA AT VIBE

Latin inspired dance fitness class! high impact and really fun
No dance experience needed!
Dance to great music with a fun fusion of dance styles. From a little salsa, merengue, bachata, rumba, samba, cha cha to swing & jazz, hip hop and more!
It doesn’t feel like an exercise class, we just dance & have lots of fun!

For class you will need:
Fitness/dance wear, split sole dance trainers or a more flexible trainer that is still supportive. Running trainers tend to be too heavy especially as the movements involved in zumba are latin based , eventually if in the wrong type of shoe this could put strain on the ankles etc.

Above classes are taught by Sam, an experienced & qualified dance teacher, a member of the International dance teaching awards (IDTA), qualified Zumba & Zumbatomic instructor, & licenced Disco Duck Pre-school teacher.
