Verve Wales are family friendly martial arts clubs and part of the Verve Kickboxing Program. Verve UK are one of the UK's fastest growing and respected martial arts groups.

We offer classes to suit everyone, whether you want a family training environment, you want a womens & girls only class or if you want full-on kickboxing, then we have a class to suit you. Our instructors have all competed in British national competitions and we house several British Champions. We are also the feeder club for I.T.S Verve Team Wales & Dragons Team Wales Elite Squad.

Kickboxing will get you fitter and stronger, learn methods for self defence, compete in national competitions every month or just train to get fitter. The choice is yours and we can cater for any requirement you may have. With our 3 instructors, 3 assistant instructor and 1 junior instructor, our class cancellation since we began is ZERO.
