Valley Living

Valley Living was established in 2016 by Audrey Spencer, to create a unique collection of dining accessories and gifts, which help us enjoy the good things in life, in style.

Auds' home has always been in the beautiful Ribble Valley area of England, surrounded by award winning producers, purveyors and restaurateurs of fine food.

Auds' own love of food, probably originates from growing up on her family's farm in the Ribble Valley, where mealtimes would often involve being joined by friends, family and neighbours - all eager to enjoy the wonderful farmhouse fayre.

After qualifying as a chef herself, Auds gained a wide range of first hand hospitality experience, from award winning restaurants and major sporting events to a boutique country house hotels and Royal Palace.

Subsequently and for more than a decade, Auds taught hospitality skills and professional qualifications to a wide range of young people and adults. Her hope is that, those she taught will go on to have careers that allow them in turn to share their gastronomic skills and passion with many more around the world.

Valley Living, therefore, is Auds' invitation to us all, to enjoy good food and hospitality, as we eat and drink with family and friends, in style.
