Urban Fit Gym is Newcastle’s premier Strength and Conditioning facility and Fitness related education provider, situated in Throckley just off the A69 west of Newcastle City Centre. Our sessions are based on the philosophy of high intensity training with emphasis on outstanding technique throughout all strength based sports specific conditioning. We believe our philosophy allows each individual to achieve success in all of their fitness based aspirations. We aim to work with all members individually and throughout group work to develop each individual’s capability as an athlete.
Development of a number of areas of fitness including; balance, flexibility, co-ordination, agility, muscular endurance, strength, speed and power will allow all members regardless of baseline ability and current condition to succeed and move past initial fitness related targets, to realise full potential.
Strength and Conditioning sessions are delivered in our purpose designed strength facility. We have a range of equipment such as Kettlebells, dumbbells, power racks, Olympic bars and bumper plate’s aswel as a strength and rehabilitation rig designed specifically to develop functional strength and movement for sports specific training. We offer full sports science support packages using a variety of techniques to monitor, track and guide every member to achieving and maintaining all sports specific targets fitness related goals.
Urban Fit Gym also offers nutritional advice and guidance, and individual purpose designed rehabilitation programmes developed by our experts in sports rehabilitation and sports therapy. This will allow each member to overcome injury and issues related to performance and achieve

Full Membership - £50 per month (12 month Direct Debit includes 2 month free following term of contract, 6 month direct debit includes 1 month free following term of contract)
Student membership - £35 (12 month Direct Debit includes 2 month free following term of contract, 6 month direct debit includes 1 month free following term of contract)
