The impressive St Helena’s building, formerly Chesterfield Girls High School, will be reinvented in Autumn 2016 as the University of Derby’s new Chesterfield Campus. Built in 1845 from local stone, this striking Grade II listed building is to be transformed to provide state of the art, world class university facilities that will inspire future generations of Health, Business, Computing, Law and Engineering students. Like the building’s original founders, the new Chesterfield Campus will pioneer learning and infuse social and financial benefits in the region and beyond.
