I love to craft, I crochet, sew, needlefelt and knit, but also love trying new things. I love to create one of a kind items and make them as unique as possible for the recipient.

Boring bits:

If you are having a custom item made, price will be discussed, agreed and either a non refundable deposit or full payment will be taken before work is started.
Custom items are non returnable unless proven to be faulty. If this proves to be the case, they can be returned at the customers expense and either a refund or replacement will be issued.
A time frame will be given at the point of purchase, this will vary depending on current workload. I try to keep people updated as much as possible and I will provide work in progress pictures of your item as well as a finished picture before the item is shipped.

For ready made goods, you have 7 days from receipt of goods to get in touch if you decide you no longer want your purchase.
If you require a refund or replacement you must return the goods in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
