Ullinish Country Lodge, Isle of Skye

Ever since being renovated by Brian and Pam Howard in 2004, the Head Chef of this historically significant building has served fine food made from the best local produce, complemented by the secluded and luxurious charm of the restaurant and the bedrooms which you may retire to after their meal. Samuel Johnson and James Boswell stayed at Ullinish in 1773 and praised the hospitality they'd received here, as well as its 'plentiful garden'.

The Lodge offers lots of tempting deals on ‘dinner, bed & breakfast’ which lets visitors enjoy the Lodge’s comfort, its beautiful surroundings and excellent food for a very affordable price – particularly during the shoulder months such as October and November, and February to April.

"Here on the Isle of Skye we have at our fingertips some of the finest produce in the world, comprising Organic Leaves and Flowers from Glendale, countless Game, Shellfish, Fruits and Vegetables.

We are focused on pushing the bounderies on produce and seasonaility, local when its at its peak. We also forage for the likes of seaweeds, mussels, clams, herbs and flowers to be able to remain true to the natural flavour of mother nature's gift.
