TYPical Youth Group

TYPical provide a fun environment which children can come to on a Monday night to meet new friends and have fun!
We run a little tuck shop which children can buy sweets, crisps and drinks from for a small price. We don't allow children to bring their own food or drink into youth group.
Children are allowed to bring their own phones into youth group but this is at your own discretion, as we cannot take responsibility for a lost or damaged phone.
Parents/Guardians will be given a registration form when their child joins TYPIcal providing contact details, and stating whether their child is picked up or walks home.

We have 4 different kind of nights:

Normal night - this involves getting out the Xbox, Playstation, Wii, pool table, table football and noughts and crosses for children to play with. We also have arts and crafts and many board games.

Disco night - we have disco nights which are £1.50 entry but this includes a drink and snack (usually a hotdog). We play party games and sometimes have karaoke.

Film nights - we are lucky enough to have a big projector for us to watch films on, and we always try to get a new film for the children to watch.

Games nights - the clue is in the name! We spend all night playing different games from tri-golf to tea, building games.

We sometimes take children on trips throughout the year, however this depends on the behaviour of the children. We have a traffic light system in place, this is to ensure the safety of all our children and volunteers. TYPical is run by volunteers therefore any unwanted behaviour will not be accepted.
Some previous trips - Chorley little theatre, am outdoor adventure weekend, bike rides etc.
