Tyersal Residents Association Community Centre known locally as Tyersal Club, is located on the outskirts of Bradford, West Yorkshire.The club was founded by the residents of Tyersal village back in 1938 as a community center just before the start of the second world war. At the peak of its success the club hosted up to six shows a week with many big names from tv entertainers like Billy Fury, Marti Wild, Smokey, Frank Carson, Charlie Williams, and the list goes on.
The original building started off as a large wooden hut, which still exists today but further buildings have been added to create a large lounge, games room and concert room, and nearly as popular as in its heyday. Now in a new larger building the club has many new attractions including; Big screen TV, Weekly live music, Bingo, Race Nights, Snooker tables, and a Private function room with Bar and stage for entertaining up 250 guests
