I have been able to create a style of training that produces results forged from the years of experience in the fitness industry and as a professional athlete.

I practice what I preach and when not training clients I am either on the gym floor training myself or finding new ways in which to develop my understanding of the complexities to training. I strive for the best in myself which should reflect in my sessions to you. Would you put your trust in a trainer that is unfit or lacked experience?
Personal Training should never consist of pointless shouting or working a client to a level that is beyond their capabilities. Instead I turn to a goal oriented approach that recognises each individual as different and therefore MUST maximise their work rate to their limits NOT mine. This guarantees results!
