A bit about me!

Mama to Harper, married to KJ, (apparently we're 'crunchy parents'). I'm a Human Rights Lawyer, travel lover, food enthusiast, who loves nutrition, spirituality, binging on Netflix documentaries, vegan baking, cooking, speaking languages, singing, social justice, equality, home birth & have a keen interest in natural remedies, holistic well-being, health equality, birth, attachment parenting, access to safe, non-toxic & cruelty-free food and products. My go-to mantra at the moment is "Let thy medicine be thy food and thy food be thy medicine"

I am a Tropic Ambassador because I believe we should all have the right of access to safe, non-toxic products that do not harm animals, the environment or ourselves. Trying to find such things in the big wide world, can seem like an insurmountable task. I found Tropic and haven't looked back.
