Trojan Fitness

The private fitness suite has various cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, bikes, spinning bikes and rowing machines. Separate to the fitness suite there is a free weights area which includes dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, benches, stacked weight machines, nautilus weight machines, cables and a specific abdominal area. Upstairs we have a studio room with boxing bags which is ideal for that little bit of extra cardiovascular workout.
