Training In Motion

Training in Motion specialise in providing training programs based around correcting biomechanical asymmetries linked to Leg Length Inequality. Following a Biomechanical assessment a training regime is prescribed to correct any of the issues they are experiencing. The focus of the training programs are to increase joint stabilization, increase range of movement and reduce pain.
