I provide a core strength and conditioning program that focuses on functional movements (movements used in every day life) to develop your fitness levels.
this includes:
- H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) and tabata
- Weightlifting and kettlebells
- Metabolic conditioning
- Gymnastic based movements (air squats, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, etc)
A garage gym does not have mirrors or fancy machines, it gets back to the grass roots of fitness where YOU are the machine. By using simple functional movements at a high intensity I can train anyone from an athlete to a 70 year old to become BETTER, STRONGER, FASTER.
