Toukon Martial Arts

Our training is designed to get the most out of each individual whatever their level or goals. We practice both Kickboxing and Karate which we believe can only be studied to their full capacity by treating each discipline as a completely separate Martial art. While we do have members who train in both and encourage it our sessions are either Kickboxing or Karate rather than some cross between the two which has become quite common place.

We have members who compete to a high level and standard within both arts as well as many who train for fitness, to achieve grades or to simply be a part of what we do. All are welcome.
