The powerbag is used as a form of resistance in this high intensity, calorie burning and fast paced fitness class. A basic fitness level is recommended.
Movements include lunges, squats, bicep curl, mountain climbers and much more giving a full body workout.
Utilising a mix of CV movements with the added resistance from powerbags, Total Powerbag can aid in loosing weight, toning or gaining muscle, leading to improved strength, endurance, posture and confidence.
