Gloucester Martial Arts Academy, goes under the name of Gloucester Kombat, and provides kids kickboxing classes from age 3yrs, using our black belt system, and mixed adults pads & drills classes.
Total Caged Fitness offers an alternative to your usual PT, based on the principles of interval training, and using martial arts techniques. You don't have to know about martial arts, and is available to any level of fitness. Alongside these sesssions, we can also offer you 'normal' pt sessions, if you don't feel ready to take on interval training at this stage. Our PT's have extensive experience, in martial arts, fitness and nutrition, so we can ensure you are being trained by someone you are happy with. If you're a fighter, or thinking of becoming a fighter, we have a coach with over 35 years experience of martial arts, and has coached many fighters to World Championship level.
