Our comprehensive property inventory software ensures the reports are detailed and accurate. We take date stamped photos from the device which are embeded straight into the report and have the facility for the tenant to sign on the device. This allows for a speedy process whereby finished reports can be ready within 12 hours and interim reports, in some cases, emailed from the property.

We can also work with other’s inventories, offering you full flexibility and choice of clerk.
