Hello! In my little corner shop on Etsy you will find many different styles and types of costume jewellery as i enjoy experimenting with different techniques and materials, those that are listed are jewellery that became popular with my friends and family, and are now being sold to you to enjoy :)

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal, Etsy Giftcard and all major credit /debit cards on all orders.. Please make payment at the time of purchase. If no payment is received after 7 working days, the transaction will unfortunately be cancelled.

You can pay using the Paypal checkout even if you don't have a Paypal account. Simply click 'pay with credit/debit card' after selecting Paypal as your chosen method of payment.

Shipping
Ready to ship purchases will be posted with 1-2 days of successful payment, a first class stamp will be used to send off your item. I don't post items on weekends.

I am happy to say I have finally upgraded my shipping and now offer Tracked orders at an extra cost, you can use the drop down menu at checkout to choose whether you would prefer standard or tracked shipping

How long does delivery take?
UK First Class: 2-4 working days
Standard Overseas: 8-22 days

Please Note I cannot be responsible for packages that go missing or damaged during transit. If you want insured delivery so you can track your item you can purchase an shipping upgrade at checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges
Since everything I sell is handmade i may not always be able to offer a replacement or an exchange depending on stock.
To avoid disappointed for lost/stolen or damaged packages please make sure you select to track your package.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return your purchase you can do so within 7 days of receipt at your own cost.
Let me know as soon as possible if this is the case.
As soon as I receive the returned items in satisfactory condition - unused and in original packaging - I will issue a refund to you.
I do not refund shipping costs/return costs, only item value.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons according to EU laws.
