Tonbridge Bootcamps welcomes men and women of all levels of fitness , we provide a total – body workout that only lasts 45 minutes.
The sessions take place over a 4 week period, training takes place 3 times a week, all locations offer ample free parking. Most sessions are held outside . The programme includes 3 training sessions a week, a nutrition plan and a members website as well as telephone and email support.
