TKDFit offers an exciting workout system, developed by elite Taekwon-Do practitioners, which will help you get fit and shape up. Combining pad work with functional circuit training, these sessions will help you to:

What will I learn?
After a warm up, each class will start by introducing you to punching, kicking and blocking techniques. We’ll then take you through a Taekwon-Do style circuit, building strength and muscular endurance by combining your new pad work skills with exercises ranging right though from skipping to lunges and planks.

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, for men and women – we’ll train hard and have fun!
