Sky High Achievers Portside Day Nursery and Pre-School

Portside is a 44 place nursery based within Portside Children's Centre. We offer care for children from the age of 2 years; a toddler room and a preschool room. Within those rooms, we have a ratio of1:4 in our toddler room and 1:8 in our preschool room.

Our expert staff team have a wealth of experience and knowledge, and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Our team will offer you and your children a very warm welcome here and believe that it is crucial for children and parents to feel safe and happy, parents also need to feel secure in the knowledge that your child is learning during their time here.

We will support your child through their journey of learning and development and we will guide them through their next steps in order to achieve their full potential. We do care for children of all abilities and offer extra support wherever necessary. We believe that every child is an individual, which is why every child has their own individual learning plan based upon their next steps. We keep parents informed of their child's learning through home/nursery books, through conversation on collection and through parents' evenings.
