We aim to support women and men who:

-Have suffered a pregnancy loss due to miscarriage, still birth or termination. The majority of our clients are suffering from some degree of anxiety and depression, and this can often affect relationships with their partner and other family members. We look at different emotions concerning their loss, e.g. grief, anger, shame, and that leads to sessions on acceptance, forgiveness and letting go. Our services make a real difference as through this support we can help remove barriers that prevent clients from moving forward with their lives.

- Find themselves in a situation of an unplanned pregnancy. We offer a safe place where clients can talk through their situation and the different options, so that they can make an informed choice. If the client decides to continue with the pregnancy and birth or, alternatively, if they decide to have a termination, we can support them through their pregnancy loss if required.

- Pregnancy support. We offer befriending and support. We can source free good quality second-hand baby equipment and clothes. We can provide a birth partner if needed.
