The Wild Game Co.

The Wild Game Co. began life on the glorious 12th of August 2010. Founded by Scotsman Andy Waugh, the company is all about the meat – wild game and venison sourced from Andy’s family in the Highlands.

The Wild Game Co. chefs are an energetic and innovative team, selling raw produce and award-winning burgers across London’s markets; plating up fine-dining creations at their pop up restaurants; and delivering full-service feasts at private events.

What’s it all about? Celebrating Scottish produce; enjoying the fantastic food that’s right on our doorstep (especially the wild stuff). And being at the forefront of a game revolution.

The Wild Game Co. is now one of the Evening Standard’s Top 5 Places to Eat Game in London, the winner of the Young British Foodies Street Food Award 2012-2013, and was a shortlisted finalist for the BBC’s Food and Farming Awards 2012.

Our meat is not just wild or from ‘somewhere’ up North, we can tell you exactly who shot it and where. We will continue to serve top quality produce – fresh from the Highlands – and we hope you enjoy it!
